Frequently asked
- My purchase didn't unlock the content.
- Purchases restore automatically when you reinstall or move to a new device signed into the same Apple Account. If content stays locked, check your connection and restart the app; the Restore Purchases button on the unlock screen forces a re-check.
- The screenshot scan missed some champions.
- Scanning works best on full-screen roster screenshots taken at your device's native resolution. Champions the scan misses can always be added manually from the Roster tab. If a champion is consistently misread, email us the screenshot and we'll improve the matcher.
- A champion's data looks wrong.
- Champion data is maintained by hand and corrections ship regularly. Email us the champion name and what's off — these reports directly improve recommendations for everyone.
- Does the app need an account or internet?
- No. Championry is 100% offline: no account, no login, no server. Only App Store purchases require a connection.
